At Sandstone Enhanced Care Solutions, you have access to a clinical pharmacist 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. The Sandstone Enhanced Care Solutions team in comprised of pharmacists who are certified to provide injections and have additional prescribing authority to ensure all patients get the care they need.

At Sandstone Enhanced Care Solutions we are committed to offering each of our clients and our partners a higher standard of service that includes a commitment to timely and cost-free delivery of medications, cost-free packaging of medications, regular site visits by a Sandstone clinical pharmacist, a 24/7 emergency on-call pharmacist and wellness-education clinics.

Sandstone Enhanced Care Solutions works with each individual and housing operator to reduce medication errors, improve medication accountability and adherence and monitor quality improvement metrics related to medications. Our team works with each operator to ensure that disaster, outbreak and other crisis scenarios are well planned for allowing for ongoing provision of high quality care during these scenarios.

In addition to managing medications, Sandstone Enhanced Care Solutions has a full-service Home Health Care department authorized to provide products through, and bill directly to, Alberta Aids to Daily Living (AADL).
